This site belongs to Potesta Consulting Group LLC dba CTI-USA, 1239 Hudson Gate Dr., Hudson, OH 44236. We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and quote your tooling or machine.

What we collect

Quote requests and calculator reports: the name, company, phone, email, message, calculator inputs and any print you attach.
Website analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics record pages visited, approximate location and device type using cookies. No analytics data identifies you by name.

How it is used and shared

Your request is used to prepare a recommendation and quotation and to follow up on it. Prints are shared only with Capital Tool Industries or Eifco Machine Tools when they are needed to design or quote your tooling or machine.
Form submissions, including the request-a-quote form and the calculator reports, are delivered to us by Netlify Forms, which stores them for us and relays them to sales@cti-usa.co.
We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Retention and your choices

Quote records and prints are kept for the life of the business relationship and as required for tax and quality records.
